Iryna Farion
Iryna Farion was a prominent Ukrainian linguist, philologist, and political figure, known for her advocacy of the Ukrainian language and culture. She served as a professor at Lviv Polytechnic and was a member of the Ukrainian Parliament from 2012 to 2014. Farion was actively involved in promoting Ukrainian identity and fought against initiatives that threatened the use of the Ukrainian language.
