Nikolai Udovichenko
Nikolai Udovichenko is a Russian diplomat who has recently been appointed by President Vladimir Putin as the special representative for the delimitation and demarcation of Russia's state borders with neighboring countries, including Georgia, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia.
