Ken Lay
Ken Lay was an American businessman and the former chairman and CEO of Enron Corporation, a Houston-based energy company that became synonymous with corporate fraud and bankruptcy. Lay played a key role in the rise of Enron, which was once hailed as one of the most innovative companies in the U.S. However, following revelations of widespread accounting fraud, Lay was indicted and faced numerous charges related to the company's collapse in 2001.
