Xiao Hua
Xiao Hua was a prominent Chinese general and poet, born in 1916 in Jiangxi Province. As a key participant in the Long March, he later authored the celebrated poem cycle 'Long March Song,' a lyrical reflection of the arduous journey of the Red Army and its revolutionary spirit. In 1955, he became the youngest general in the People's Republic of China. His work has profoundly influenced Chinese revolutionary literature and is celebrated for capturing the historical significance and emotional depth of the Long March.
