The Thủ tướng, or Prime Minister, is the head of government in Vietnam, responsible for overseeing the administration and implementation of policies. Recently, the Thủ tướng directed the Ministry of Transport to collaborate with local governments to study the upgrade of National Route 51 into an urban highway to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion.
