Teresita Frías is one of the three elderly siblings living in extreme poverty in the 27 de Febrero sector of the Distrito Nacional. During a recent evaluation by the Consejo Nacional de la Persona Envejeciente (Conape), it was noted that she appeared to have a mental health condition and reacted negatively to the presence of aid workers, fleeing the scene.
