Sofija Drakulović
Sofija Drakulović is a young Montenegrin poet born in 2002 in Podgorica. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Serbian language and South Slavic literatures at the Faculty of Philology in Nikšić. As a member of the Forum of Young Writers at the Cultural and Information Center 'Budo Tomović' since 2022, she has already made a name for herself in the literary world, winning the second prize for the best poetry collection at the Slovo Gorčina festival. Her debut poetry collection, 'Ispovijesti su gore nego psovke', explores themes of personal and collective turmoil, identity instability, and the challenges of self-expression through language. Critics have praised her work for its authenticity and emotional depth, with her poetry being featured in various literary magazines.
