Shih Chih-chang
Shih Chih-chang is a Taichung City Councilor and the chairman of the Spring Rain Culture and Education Foundation. He has been an outspoken advocate for freedom of speech and the rule of law, and he has condemned acts of violence aimed at silencing individuals. Following the recent assault on Japanese media personality Akio Yaita, Shih has pledged to cooperate with law enforcement to ensure justice is served.
