Sergiy Movshuk
Sergiy Movshuk is a Belarusian political activist who, along with his wife, was arrested during the post-election protests in August 2020. They faced charges for their involvement in the protests and were sentenced to lengthy prison terms, with Sergiy receiving 6.5 years. After enduring a challenging incarceration, both he and his wife were released and subsequently deported to Lithuania. Now living in Vilnius, Sergiy is in the process of obtaining residency to find work in construction, while he and his wife are striving to reunite with their youngest daughter, who remains in Belarus.
