Rita Fatialofa-Patolo
Rita Fatialofa-Patolo is a celebrated former New Zealand netball player and softball athlete, renowned for her achievements as a Silver Ferns wing attack and her role in winning the 1987 World Cup. With a significant impact on women's sports in New Zealand, she has also been a coach for the Samoa national netball team and was inducted into the New Zealand Sports Hall of Fame in 1999. As the mother of Tu’i-Alofa Patolo-Tipene, she continues to inspire the next generation of athletes.
