Rhossi
Rhossi is a Kemp's ridley sea turtle who was rescued near Rhosneigr, Anglesey, in December 2023 after becoming cold-stunned. Weighing less than 1kg at the time of his rescue, he has undergone extensive rehabilitation at Anglesey Sea Zoo, where he has tripled in size to around 21kg. Rhossi is now preparing for a remarkable 5,000-mile journey back to his natural habitat in the Gulf of Mexico, marking a significant step in the conservation efforts for his endangered species.
