Patrick Matthew Kaboyo Rukidi III was the king of the Tooro Kingdom in Uganda, reigning until his death in 1995. He was the father of King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, who ascended to the throne at just three years old. His reign laid the foundation for the modern Tooro Kingdom, which continues to play a significant cultural role in Uganda.
