Oyo Nyimba
Oyo Nyimba was the youngest reigning monarch in the world, ascending to the throne at the tender age of three in 1995. He ruled the Tooro Kingdom in western Uganda and was known for his significant cultural influence and humanitarian work, particularly as a UN goodwill ambassador advocating against HIV and AIDS. Oyo passed away at 34 in August 2023 while receiving treatment for cancer in the United States.
