Mirjam Škrk
Mirjam Škrk was a distinguished Slovenian legal scholar and former constitutional judge, serving on the Constitutional Court of Slovenia from 1998 to 2008, including a term as vice-president from 2004 to 2007. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana in 1970, later earning her master's and doctoral degrees, with a pioneering dissertation on the legal nature of common heritage in international maritime law.
