Michael Alfredo Moreno Borbón, known as 'Pechuga', is a notorious Costa Rican drug trafficker who was previously an ally of Alejandro Arias Monge, alias 'Diablo'. He became embroiled in a violent turf war with Arias over control of micro-trafficking operations in Limón, resulting in numerous casualties over the years. His activities have significantly contributed to the rising violence associated with drug trafficking in Costa Rica.
