At just 30 years old, she has been awarded the title of 'Jungsommelière des Jahres 2027' by the gastronomic guide 'Gault-Millau,' acknowledging her exceptional contributions to the culinary world. Currently serving as the sommelier at the esteemed Seerestaurant Wöschi, which boasts 16 Gault-Millau points and a Michelin star, Wilhelm is also involved with the magazine 'Marmite' where she oversees the 'Marmite Youngster' competition for aspiring culinary professionals.
