Marco Vinicio Arroyo Flores is a Costa Rican lawyer and political figure, holding a master's degree in Constitutional Law from the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED) and dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Political Science from the Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR). He has served as the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Commerce (MEIC) and previously led the Tourist Attention Department at the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT). Recently, he was ratified as a member of the superior body of the Commission for the Promotion of Competition (Coprocom) by the ruling Party Pueblo Soberano (PPSO), despite some opposition concerns regarding his appointment.
