Originally from Tangier, he moved to Istanbul in 2010, where he worked as a tour guide. On the night of July 15, 2016, he joined the demonstrations to defend Turkish democracy and was tragically killed near the TRT headquarters. His legacy continues to be honored in annual commemorations, highlighting the deep connections between the two nations.
