Janez Svetina
Janez Svetina, born on December 26, 1941, in Rečica pri Bledu, was a writer, psychologist, photographer, and translator. He became known as the first civilian casualty of the Slovenian War of Independence when he was shot while documenting the movement of Yugoslav People's Army units in Gornja Radgona on June 28, 1991.
