Emile Humes is a victim and key witness in an attempted murder trial, where he testified against his nephew, Ricardo Richardson, who is accused of setting him on fire during a dispute over dogs. Humes suffered severe burns covering 80 to 90 percent of his body and had to undergo extensive medical treatment, including skin grafts.
