Andy Rihs
Andy Rihs was a Swiss businessman and owner of the Phonak cycling team, which was active in professional cycling from 2000 until 2007. He made headlines when, shortly after Floyd Landis's controversial victory in the 2006 Tour de France, Rihs announced the dissolution of the Phonak team due to doping scandals, including Landis's positive test results for testosterone.
