Alcides Martínez Colmán
Alcides Martínez Colmán, 53, is one of the three employees of the Paraguayan Communications Company (Copaco) who was arrested for allegedly stealing approximately 300 meters of underground cable. He was found at the company's premises in Mariano Roque Alonso, where he was identified by police following a tip-off.
